Confidence There are so many different areas in life that confidence can help us that it would probably be impossible to list every single one of them.
Amazingly - some of the people that I have most admired (who exude charm and charisma) have surprised me by confessing to a lack of confidence.
This led me to a fascination of how and why certain personalities manage to seemingly overcome their negative perception of themselves and years of research and experience have gone into producing the scripts based on these recordings.
Confidence comes from within - it is based on accepting yourself as a normal human being. Not one of us is perfect in every respect - we were all born and went through the usual childhood traumas - we are all capable of being the person that we want to be.
Lack of confidence can lead to stuttering, shyness (timidity), fear of public speaking or socializing, blushing and all sorts of other problems.
