Instant Hypnosis is part of the Hypnotic World Group which was founded in 1998. Our first site - www.hypnoticworld.co.uk - began as a result of a fascination of mine by hypnosis and the talents of my son, Adam, at web site design. We began publishing scripts which resulted in requests for more information and more scripts. The popularity of the site escalated and we formed Hypnotic World Ltd (www.hypnoticworld.com) which now hosts hundreds of original hypnosis scripts, recordings, resources and information about hypnosis.

I qualified as a hypnotherapist in 1994 and it totally changed my life. I rediscovered a confidence that had been long lost - built up my own business and in the process managed to help thousands of people, which gave me far more satisfaction than I could possibly describe.

Most of the recordings that we offer are put together by our wonderful recording artiste, Steve Armstrong who is a Hypnotherapist and a firm believer of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Steve has helped many people to overcome their problems and he is a real asset to the company.

Scripts are also contributed to us by members of Hypnotic World (whom we always give them credit and free advertising for sharing their resources) and by freelance Hypnotherapists such as David North, who is very well respected around Yorkshire for his ability to use his natural gift of helping people to help themselves, and Dr Portner (who has researched many of the medical issues behind the script requests).
